NFL 2K blew me away when it first came out. It looked like a real game on TV and was so easy to play. I sucked at Madden and other football games of the era but I was a master at 2K. It’s really too bad they don’t make football games anymore

I definitely understand how impenetrable these games would seem to a non-American. Not to worry though, you’ve still got the NFL blitz series left on the Dreamcast. Those are the most fun football games ever made. Arcadey goodness.

Thanks Jordan! I was surprised to see a the length of this vid until you said you were covering 3 games. I have a very basic grasp of American football, not really a sports person myself. The only sports games I own are both Mutant League games on the Sega Genesis, where my strategy is to kill all the umps and star players on the opposing team. 😂
