If you want more of this, the PS1 game (Irritating Stick) does have added content. The N64 game is a straight port of the arcade game but they added stuff to the later Playstation release.

I remember getting this game years ago after seeing a review for it on KZfaq. I recall the guy saying the title translation was Fire Electric Pen of Nervousness but who knows how right that is. Either way, great game.
