At 21:31, it's a really minor detail, but Chuck saw the 14k$ was unaccounted for in the store, meaning that between Jimmy stealing and his father giving things away and getting scammed, the store had lost that much money. It's never stated how much either person is responsible for from that amount. Chuck is assuming the whole amount was taken by Jimmy, and does not even consider that the actions of his father might have significantly influenced the shops failure, doing exactly the same thing he complains about his parents doing with jimmy in his next sentence.

@@Kiwiii SPOILERS She abandoned him after the plot she talked a hesitant Jimmy into ended in tragedy. He didn't want to go with through with it from the beginning because of how evil it was but she wouldn't relent. And then once it came crashing down, the only person who loved him left to hide from the pain.

@@blokvader8283 Lol, I'm glad you liked it. If I'm being honest, I actually haven't finnished it, I'm currently on "breaking bad". Personally I wish they kept the story going in a lenear fashion, instead of the time jumps, but it was still amazing.

I love that this season gave me one my absolute favorite scenes in this universe. Mike asking Tuco if that all he's got and Tuco's little laugh as almost a sign of respect as he knocks him out

It's shows that even though Jimmy did a lot of bad decisions. He tried to fix the problems that have been caused by those. But Chuck does like "it is what it is" and keeps breaking the dbaa rule.
