Fair enough, I respect your opinion. Me and my family have generated a long list of everything that went wrong. I didn't get any IFE and the charging ports were broken off. How did you survive?

I understand their old aircrafts need refurbising however thankfully in my case it has always been a good aircraft and recently I flew in one of their new 777-200LR which are ex Delta planes ans that was extremely comfortable with IFE workin also seats great everything about it was just amazing. Air India is in the gradual process of refurbishing and bringing in new planes and It will take some time to completely overhaul so I can understand that some people may still face such issues but I believe with time as new planes get inducted and older ones refurbished things will get better. Besides,You must watch my latest trip report onboard their 1 month old Airbus A320Neo and see for yourself how they are changing...Do comment in that video Id love to see your views also at the end of the video I've mentioned my reasons to love Air India so yeps. 🙏

Adding on to your last paragraph, I've been on the latest A320neo and it was the best flight of my connection by far. The only good one.

Yeah Ive been very impressed with their new aircrafts be it A320Neos A321Neos 777s and Im sure A359s are as good too. I really hope AI flies Non stop to Dallas or Houston DIRECTLY with their new planes thatd be super hit with Indian diaspora !

Im sure the trip report would be worth the wait...I still have to fly the 789 and 78X yet and I believe I would try to get a ticket for Vistara for they have 789s Also would try to fly to Singapore on 78X for thats the only airline flying 78X to and from India. My dream is to have all the dream)Liner family on my channel someday and I hoep I could realize it soon 😍
