May I also plead for regular speed. I’d love to be able to look around a little bit and get an appreciation for being in the space. I’ve been following this house since it was originally listed for $42M and very much appreciate this walk through. I understand the flow of the house immensely more now...and it’s almost reasonable at $26M! Ha! I do wonder if there’s some underlying reason it hasn’t sold aside from price. It seems kind of like a white elephant at this point, TBH. I’m going to subscribe in hope of seeing the regular speed video uploaded soon. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! Lots of viewers appreciate the quicker walk through, but there are enough people asking to slow it down that I will try to figure out a good balance in the future. Just FYI, in the video window at the bottom menu bar under the "settings" wheel, you can choose a playback speed that will give you the option to slow it down if that is your preference. Up to you!

Hey thanks a bunch. It was nice to see this house in it's entirety. Listed Oct 2014 for $42 million now down to $26 million. I always liked the moat.

I didn't realize that was the point of the surrounding pool lanes. I kept asking my colleagues who could swim in such weird lines. But it's moat! Exactly! Nice!

Safety codes require a barrier to keep people from falling off decks, usually made of glass on the nice homes. However, there is no guard rail required if a pool is deep enough, you cannot fall out of a pool over the edge very easily. So this house is completely unique and it was made 6 years ago. I love how the palm trees are aligned at 0:43. When the sun sets it creates a silhouette. That alone would be a selling point if I had 26 million to spend on a home.

I understand the view speed. With a house of such size you gotta company time so it doesn’t feel like watching a tv show.. But, I think certain aspects can be slowed down so they can be appreciated more. (ie: The Master Bedroom, Wine Cellar, The View overlooking the city) That way you can get a feel for the house and be fascinated with the luxuries at the same time.

Early Bird Real Estate ...Sometimes it is worth listening to people who are professionals… There is a difference between constructive criticism and simply criticism. Learn to make the difference. no one can make progress and less they listen - and listen carefully to well-meaning constructive criticism. The residence is phenomenal, the architecture is great the videography can use some improvement. it feels like somebody's on a roller coaster with dizzy spells.....Lots of it. If you want to be in the top professional level that's all. Don't take offense to an honest critics from a professional….... Cinematography is a great art… Don't ignore it because you're videotaping a gorgeous Residence....If I were you I would get back to the drawing board and slow down this video camera motion because it prevents people to see the beauty of this residence.....Don't get defensive at first

@StyleViewOrg I'm sorry, I thought I was listening and I responded in kind. The one other comment that you left and possibly now deleted (as I can't find it) I actually agreed with you. In fact, I think I said: "Yeah, I agree with you." So, let me say it again. I agree with you! After, I simply tried to explain that this is not a property that I represent and I was only shooting this for a client that might want to see it in person and was overseas. In no way was I attempting to make great cinematography. I'm as surprised as anyone that this video has so many views. I simply asked you to take a look at another video that I DID put some more effort into and ask your opinion on that instead. In fact, I think I sent you two links. Somehow you missed all of that so I am perplexed. Again, I agree with you. (And just in case you are unaware, you can always slow down the videos using the wheel bar in the KZfaq video window if it is too fast.) Although, even if you were to slow it down, I agree that it would still not be anywhere near worthy of this property! Look, I appreciate your feedback and the time you have spent letting me know how you feel. I will hopefully meet your expectations in the future, especially when they are properties that I represent.
