These ultra modern LA homes are beautiful yes but they are beginning to all look alike as well. Already I think it is time to move beyond this trend to more personalized ultra modern homes that provide their occupants more than just opulence.

i was like where's a nice rug on that slippery shiny tile, and the bedroom....where is all the bench space in that uber expensive kitchen. The island is it and it's taken up with 2 induction stove tops and a sink! some views of the bedrooms would and ensuites would have been nice!

Cool house. Video could be improved dramatically, the crazy switches between the drone shot from the house to the city view at night were only necessary once,I didn't get q feel for how the place was laid out and at the start we see a modern home with the pool and just above it an older looking place (architecturally that is) I never quite understood what that house was, if it was part of Laurel Way and if it was, what purpose did it serve?

Seems like I had a lot of luck. I found the volume button, switched the music off and nothing stopped me from buying it... But if I want to sell it again I’ll make a video with better music, so you’re hopefully interested.

You are a fool if you believe in the afterlife. Nothing but oblivion in the end my dude. You only live once not twice. Might as well cherish those times and live life to the fullest, cuz time and loved ones are all we got. Trust me, by the time any of us get old, we won’t ever regret anything since time is almost up. If you want to believe in Jesus or any other god fine but to follow a set of rules that men wrote 2000 years ago for a made up paradise isn’t the answer. It limits your happiness on this world by guilt tripping you, making you fear damnation, and feeling shame whenever you sin. Living a dogmatic life sucks. If you want to believe that there is a higher power out there, that’s fine but there is nothing wrong with wanting wealth to live a happy lives a lot of ppl say that money is the root of all evil. Then why use money in the first place. It’s to not fight over property and kill each other for it. If anything money is what separates us from the animals. This world would be chaos with no laws to uphold.

Quick-cut music video style makes for crappy real estate videos; whose stupid idea was it to make a video that shows each view for .25 seconds? Really asinine when your goal is to "show" the charms of the house. Were they trying to display the house or audition for a job as a music video producer?
