Looks like Douglas wants to be the new Russell following you around during garden tours. And smart kitty for picking your home as his new home. Love the garden tours so much! I would love to see a video on how each section has developed over the years.

I hope after part 2 Aaron gets his drone up. I sometimes have trouble remembering the position of one area in relation to another. Your garden has grown so much! And there have been so many changes and developments over the years I’ve been following you. A real success story and tribute to hard work, careful planning and a true love of gardening.

Russell loves Laura so much. He follows her wherever she go ows through the garden. The flowers are beautiful but seeing the love an animal has for his person is amazing.

Love the tour! I’m a veterinarian with a hint for you and Douglas. Carry a few cat treats or cat food kibbles with you, give him a treat after you pet him and that will redirect him from swatting at you. You can also throw a treat away from you when he weaves around your legs so he forgets to be “contrary”. With time he may learn treats are better than his present behavior. ❤ 🐈‍⬛ ❤

I was just wondering this morning while having coffee when the June tour was coming! I have learned SO much from watching your videos. From starting seeds, caring for plants, selecting the right plants for the right spots, to dealing with issues in the gardens from pests to soil/nutrient issues. My flowerbeds, gardens and overall landscape is going from open and bland to my own little garden paradise.

Been waiting for this one Laura. I just wanna say, thank you again for inspiring us to make our homes nature friendly and tropical. I would like to ask though if you and Erin have thought about bringing Paul and Bethany to the garden highlights one day, or maybe 🤔 an interview with them. I know i would like to hear how they enjoy working with you guys and any wisdom they can share.

The clematis that is on the outside fireplace and at the chicken coop is beautiful!! I love the color of it!! The gardens look beautiful as always. Benjamin, the astronaut, looked so cute.😊 I can't wait to see the pond and the plants around it!!

I love Douglas! We had a cat, Bob, that looked just like him. Whenever I would sit on the ground to weed, plant, he would attack me from behind. But he was a very lovable cat. I think Douglas just wants more of your attention.

Get Benjamin a basket/bin of pretend dress up stuff! We got masks, capes, foam swords and various costumes ....My son turns 7 in a couple of weeks and still loves it. 🙂

Who would know that a style of bench would be such a difficult choice. I am learning it is as important as plant placement. I am still holding out that the Hartley benches will grow on me once things grow up a bit. What a treat it is when you do a tour and talk future ideas. Me and the three dogs love to watch all the excitement going on, love the 6 foot benchs and can't wait till next Video each one makes us smile

33.42 Do stuffed peppers,tomatoes and aubergines. Cut a bit of the bottom of peppers, like a cap ,remove seeds and stuff them with a mixture you have prepared of raw rice, cut parsley/ dill, greek olive oil ,salt,pepper and tomatoe sause(from squashed tomatoes). Remove the inside of aubergines ,you lay them down , cut a thin layer (the cap of it) and scoop out the inside of them. With the tomatoes(big ripe ones) you can turn them upside down and cut a bit of the top in such a way that the cap is part 9f the tomatoes (cut half way across). You scoop out the inside and you can put it in the mixture . Then you fill them in. Add potatoes. Put the caps back on top. Pour a lot of olive oil and tomatoe juice in the pan. Stick them in the oven.

The garden is getting so beautiful and developed, I loved that vantage point from Versailles back to the new shade path. I had a thought on a video project maybe for the winter, a video comparing viewpoints from when you first moved in, maybe an interim pic of where it was a few years in and where it is this year. Great work to you and all your team!
