Great tutorial.👏👏👏 SSK is slip, slip, knit..(this is a method of decreasing the sts by knitting them together). But the method you are using is Turn to the Left TTL...which is technically different from SSK. Excellent demonstration and an amazing effort nevertheless. 🙏🏼

I have seen others' videos and your work is the best. Theirs is pulled askew by problems with tensioning the yarn I suppose. Theirs looks wonky in comparison, while yours is on point and perfect.

I'm a beginner and this is a bit too challenging for me. Perhaps I need to work with a more stretchy yarn and larger needles to practice this one. I'm making a big mess right now with my thinner yarn and smaller needles. Too hard to K2Tog and then re-knit that stitch.

Hola! Para todas las personas que quieren el patrón en ESPAÑOL. Éste consiste de 16 líneas (sin contar el borde que está hecho en la muestra de la chica). Hay 2 tipos de punto: - Punto 1 (P1): Tejer en derecho (knit) 2 puntos juntos, y sin soltarlos del palillo, tejer una vez más el primer punto (el más cercano a la punta del palillo) - Punto 2 (P2): Primero, el primer punto hay que "darlo vuelta". Tejer en derecho, pero POR EL REVERSO, el segundo punto primero, luego sin soltarlos del palillo, tejer los 2 puntos juntos. El patrón requiere que las filas tengan puntos en múltiplos de 10 + 2 puntos extra (Ej. 12, 22, 32, 42) Ahora, para el patrón (Lo que está entre * * es el patrón que se repite): - Todas las filas PARES son solo reveces, y en todas las filas IMPARES el primer punto se pasa sin tejer al palillo derecho. - FILA BASE - P1 en toda la fila. I don't understand because SSK DECREASES a a stitch and it's not decreasing?????

The term ’SSK’ used here is incorrect, in that there is no decreases. 2 stitches: knit 2nd stitch through the back leg= 1 stitch. Knitting both stitches tbl (the ’ssk’) is the second stitch, meaning there is NO decrease. Knitting the stitches this way creates the pattern without loosing stitches.
