We recently had the chance to spend a couple days at the Copper River Princess Lodge in the Wrangell St. Elias National Park! It was a beautiful lodge in an even more beautiful location. We can't wait to visit the lodge again and explore more of the area.

I worked there the opening year, 2002. And lived in a tent by the Klutina River. Awesome place! 😊 I'm old and retired now, but what a life of adventure.

You guys are so great! You didn't have to make a vlog just for lil' ole me. It looks so amazing up there and really appreciated getting a virtual look around. Where as I haven't been able to repay you for everything I have been trying to pay it forward. I've been volunteering to drive a bunch of youth groups to and from their summer camps around here. You definitely entertain, engage, inspire, and uplift.

We stayed there for the first time for our 20th Anniversary, and fell in love with it! The people were so friendly! In fact, talking to one of the employees gave me the idea to be a seasonal employee for Princess once my kids are grown!

We called it muskmelon too. My mom and grandma called green peppers, mangos. It's a miracle I know what any fruit or veggie is.

I love that Sherri brought her monitors to work on. Working from just the little laptop screen is just not efficient! Also, it's cantaloupe, sorry Sherri!

That is why I love you guys so much is how nice and friendly you are to everyone you meet, I love these vlogs, they make me feel like I’m there with you. Can’t wait to meet you someday from your friend in Illinois. My countdown to my Alaskan cruise in august on royal Caribbean radiance of the seas is only 71 days now….😮😂❤.

The minute you showed the fruit bowl and said you had differing words for it I knew exactly what you were going to say. I am from Missouri and refer to it both ways. Either word, it is one of my favorite fruits. :)

We were there in 2021 and everything was closed. Wasn’t the lodge closed last year too? Also, I did not know that Mt. Wrangell was an active volcano either! I love that you could get out there, that’s amazing ❤ thanks for taking us😍

The lodge looks awesome. Is it just me or do you have a crack in your windshield, Adam? You and Sherri always go on such awesome trips and I've looked up the Princess cruise you both did this year to see if I can go on that one as well next year.
@LeggLife
@LeggLife Жыл бұрын
Cracks in the windshield is something we deal with every year here. They don’t use salt or sand on the roads, they use gravel, which causes lots of cracks and dings in the glass.

So here are a few questions about the lodge. Do they have wheelchair accessible rooms with wide doors and roll in showers? Does the bus loop have transportation with a wheelchair lift? Are any of those tours wheelchair accessible, meaning the person can stay in their chair?
