turn the music down lower volume ..... or no music at all .... either is better for these kinds of videos , people want to hear what you say without the distraction ..... trust me on that

I use the luxon conditioner 1st then 2 coats of the luxon self cleaning. It's easier to work with than the xp. He's 100% correct about the backrolling

Needs another coat on the higher surfaces. You can see the dirt showing through on the upper part of the building in your video.

They are 2 different products. Loxon products are for masonry/stucco substrates. Rain refresh is for siding/trim etc.
