Barry, from Mitosu Crafts, made this beautiful star card into a Christmas card and, as one should, gave you the credits. He also put in a link to this video. Incredible! It looks so hard, but in fact isn't difficult to make. I'll probably make a couple. They're gorgeous all year round, but are so special for Christmas. I have a load if gifts to give and needed a card for them all. This card has such an impact without being time consuming to make that it has just lightened my load. Love this card! My youngest son will be 18 at the end of March, could be a good one for this special occasion. I think I'll have to use different papers though, I don't think he will appreciate florals. I love the collection. Tfs this video xx

I just love this! I have an idea! about making this less confusing on putting it together, to those that get this in the mail. Attach a ribbon on the piece that acts as a card stand. Join the two sides using a ribbon with glue. a little higher than the middle so you don't see it. And on the ribbon use a label, and write card stand.

I would prefer the 4x6. The points are more appropriate and the envelope is better

love this card style, made the A6 size and hubby thought is was pretty cool, so that says a lot LOL. Are the mat and paper sizes for the 5x7 written somewhere as I don't see them on the blog instructions? Thanks again Sam for a wonderful tutorial.

@@lorilazise1521, following the principles from the 6x6, the Mirri card should be 2 pieces of 4 and 1/4 by 6 and 1/4. Patterned paper 2 pieces 4x6. All cut on the diagonal

I have to admit, just looking at the photos of this card, I couldn’t figure out how it came together. 🤪 However, I sent a twisted easel card to my sister and she couldn’t figure out how it was supposed to be displayed. Lol.
