This small house would be a great idea for a single grandparent, who wants to live near the grand kids, but not with them! This way, they would have their own 'space' & not have to pay exorbitant rents! The only thing is the cost of 'hooking-up' separate power,water & sewerage lines & getting the proper permits!

I have seen a similar project, but the entrance to the bathroom was under the stairs and it actually saved space and looked nicer. However, the house was 4 m wide.

Bismillah, saya request desain rumah budget minimal 300 jt rupiah kak : 6x10, 2 lantai, modern minimalis 3 kamar, 2 dibawah dan 1 diatas ada TV + tempat kerja 2 toilet berwastafel + cermin dan kamar mandi, 1 diatas dan 1 di bawah Ruang Tamu, dan ruang keluarga ada TV + speaker + wifi + DVD + PS Ada taman, kolam ikan dan pondok di depan teras rumah Carport bisa muat 1 mobil 3 motor Dibelakang rumah ada kolam renang kecil, taman dan gudang Ruang cuci dan jemur Mushola kecil di lantai 2 dan tempat wudhu Ada Balkon depan rumah dan belakang rumah dan Rooftop Semoga terbaca, aamiin, terima kasih kak, Semangat terus buat videonya kak, semoga berkah dan banyak rejekinya🤲🙏💪💪💪

Saya ada tanah 8x11, kira2 kalau saya ingin bangun dengan ruangan bukaan taman disekelilingnya ruang tamu,ruang makan, dapur ,mushola dan 1 toilet di lantai bawah, sedangkan semua kamar dilantai atas dan saya ingin ada rooftop jg, kira-kira bisa menghabiskan biaya berapa ya? Apakah bisa dengan biaya dibawah 300jt?

I like this tiny home..it has all the commodities of a regular home yet it’s practical and cozy. I wish the government will offer housing like this. But, I know I am dreaming because construction companies all they want is to make money on each home they make. And, this tiny homes will not make them rich..👎👎👎👎👎👎 they are just pure greed…
