The King's Academy, a National Blue Ribbon, Christian school in South Florida, recently presented "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" on its main stage in the new Page Family Center for Performing Arts. Starring TKA senior Gracie O'Connor (Belle), senior Casey Gustafson (Beast), junior Chris Pappas (Lumiere), senior Graham Popadic (Cogsworth), senior Kate Higgins (Mrs. Potts), and senior Sam Cornelius (Gaston), this performance showcased TKA’s fine young talent.
TKA’s Conservatory of the Arts, a two-time American High School Theatre Festival award-winning fine arts program, is led by Mr. David Snyder (Artistic Director, Musical Theater, Department Chair), Mrs. Sonia Santiago (Vocal Arts), Mrs. Cathy Higgins (Dance- Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz), Miss Riselle Portuondo (Dance- Ballet and Modern), Miss Sarah Fahey (Theatre Arts), Mr. Brad Majzner (Stagecraft), Mr. David Skinner (Instrumental Director), Mr. Wes Lowe (Assistant Band Director), Mr. Patrick Clifford (Strings), Mrs. Macey Norton (Video/Digital Arts), Mrs. Laura McFaden (Visual Art), Miss Stephanie Revell (Elementary Choir, Woodwinds), and Mrs. Robin Phillips (Piano).

I absolutely love the extreme detail with the antiques line for color got a wind up click clock and Babette‘s hand feathers!! CRAZY DETAIL!!!!

i love seeing lumiere with Babette how come she was given different names? in the 2017 version, her name was changed to plumette

one this is super helpful as I’m playing Babette in my school 1 WHAT IS THE RUNNING TREND OF ALL THE BABETTES HATING THE LUMIERES (I’m in the same boat tho :,D) 2 does anybody have tips for a French accent??? I cant do one for the life of me and I can’t figure it how to do it consistently thank u for coming to my ted talk

At my school I’m type cast as sexy French maid and now a lot of ppl in my school know i can be sexy. So when I was babette it kinda sucked bc of having to look a certain way and I had to kiss lumiere (and we hate each other)
