Omg it just clicked for me when you mentioned how the beauty industry tells you to lightly massage your face to avoid wrinkles and this whole time Asian women have amazing skin from guasha facials and heavily rubbing deep massage. That's so intriguing!

We start with a gentle massage when the muscles/acupressure points are tender, and even a slight pressure can feel like too much, and with a regular self-/massage the muscles, the tightness relax and we can put more pressure on the muscles/acupressure points and it continues to feel good.
