Such a great video for inspo👍. My MIL is away on vacation for two weeks and I am surprising her by deep cleaning her house while she’s gone. She is nearly 60 and still working so her house is often after thought. Her pantry is definitely one of the areas I will be tackling.

Also you could look into Vagus nerve exercises to help with anxiety. Suki Baxter has some great info/shows how to do the exercises on this topic on her KZfaq channel. When my friend’s brother unexpectedly passed away, she found these exercises, and it really helped her with the grieving process/intense anxiety as she was completely devastated (understandably) and it helped soothe her quite a bit. She’s the person I heard about these exercises initially.
