I've tried to watch others who do this. I just can't do it. I watched one dude spend an hour trying to clear a Culver. He wouldn't use anything but his rake. He refused to use his hands. I got frustrated. That's one thing I like so much about you. You aren't afraid of a little dirt or water. I've been watching older episodes. I'm so glad I can find more when you aren't able to do this. Take care. And thank you for the video.

Holy smokes you work hard at cleaning beaver dams. I like your strategy of undermining the dam and using the water pressure to help clear the dam below the water line. 💪🦊👍

There is a product sold in bicycle shops, a sort of padded ribbon, used to repair/replace the worn handle grips on bicycles. Might something like that help cushion between your hands and the handle on the potato rake??

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Remember your chest high waders keep water out BUT…they can also keep water in. If that ever happened they would fill with water & act as a weight pulling you down. 😮 My best advice….preparedness. In ANY emergency services you prepare as best as you can. You do scenarios whether a table top discussion or an actual mock drill. Know before hand what you would do IF God forbid that ever happened to you. The force behind these damns when they collapse is very powerful. You have a beautiful family to get back to. Stay safe out there & thanks for the videos!!

I have some questions: Was this dam on your property or are you paid to remove other folks beaver dams? If it was on your property were you aware it was being built? If so, why wait till it was completed? Won't it get rebuilt?

It was on my friends property. Nobody is paying me for that.
