Becky, We love your adventurous spirit!! You try anything & everything!! That's how you progress. It's sooo fun watching you master your new, country world. We are from the country, & it's more work & thought but we keep on trying until we get it right hahaha. Good times. Love watching YOUR videos!!

Becky, love your channel! Here's an idea you may enjoy: Use 1/2 whole wheat flour and half plain unbleached flour in your recipe. Substitute olive oil or avocado oil (both are high in healthy omega 3) instead of butter and other fats. There is absolutely no difference in taste if you use healthy oils. Cut the amount of sugar in your recipe in half, or better yet, cut the sweetener in half and substitute with honey, instead of sugar. Research shows that molasses or sorghum are healthier than sugar and add delicious flavor. You can make a delicious brownie with 1 egg or with 1 egg and 2 egg whites, for those with high cholesterol. If you need more liquid in the recipe, add 1/2 cup of organic apple sauce. Adding 1/3 cup of plain yogurt makes super light brownies. It's fun to re-think all of your favorite recipes to see how you can make them healthier.

Becky those brownies look terrific, but I must tell you that a co-worker showed me a video about the melting properties of different ice creams and Bryers didn't make the grade due to the Modified Milk products that the ice cream is made of. It took 10 days for that ice cream to melt while sitting on the counter in a bowl. Maybe check that out for yourself..Love your videos and will continue to watch and learn. : )

Tasty recipe but you used Canola Oil? Seriously? This stuff NEVER spoils and the European Union has BANNED this from their countries and classfied it as a "toxic substance." I will be making this recipe but will not use the canola spray.

+Dennis M amen it also makes people infertile …. gmos are so bad they were in alot of the things she used I hope she learns so she can make some major health gains. other than that her channel is cute!
@dennism55658 жыл бұрын
+Racquel Rose You are aware of this...good for you...there are many people who do not. When people talk about "soy" products, little do they realize something like 95% of soy is GMO. Soy is in a LOT of stuff. I raise and/or grow what I eat. NO processed, NO sugar, NO high fructose corn syrup, NO refined. Organic if I do buy.
@edenracquel94048 жыл бұрын
thanks I try to spread the word of the thrive movement documentary to help wake up the sheeple .. soy is one of the most mass produced products and its all gmo even organic soy i wouldnt go out of my way to consume. yea all kinds of bs allergic reactions from soy. its in everything in america people dont understand why they have exczma… so sad its because they eat soy did you see the vid that shows how natural flavors are made from aborted fetal cells the video is in my playlist its so gross there is proof. america is so fucked up.
@dennism55658 жыл бұрын
You are spot on, girl. You know way more than the typical fleeced person. I did not know about the aborted fetal suggestion but given the "hush/hush" continued funding of planned parenthood, there must be a market for this, eh? Are you onto something bigger? I would like to see your playlist for this video.

I dont normally tell people this but go check out my blog I posted a vid on the blog page of my website www.healtheworld363.weebly.com I had drs try to remove my ovaries and I said hell no I found a reiki healer and had the souls of my ovaries replaced spiritually they gave me a book that teaches how to cure cancer with words and mind things its amazing the world is a scam. I started to wake up after that happend to me a year ago. any way I wish you virtue and the uptmost health my brother.
