I am so grateful to you, I have saved so much money making our washing soap! We are preppers, we also left our 5 acres for a 10 acre plot, we are much further from a main road!

You are an inspiration because my sister and I are planning a start a small homestead in Nevada. We will keep you posted for any changes in the future.

Becky Wow!!! I haven't watched you for a while man I am so happy for you !! I own about 5 acres here and I am by myself so I know that feeling of doing everything and only relying on yourself !!! I am 64 and moved here about 3 years ago. Getting ready to put a cabin on land I own in Arkansas

I am single mother with two teenagers, do you think it would be a good idea to get a cottage and a few acres to homestead. We live in the city, but with the whole draconian government rules etc think it might be better in the country. I live in Ireland. Thanks

@@BeckySunshine I think you do awesome!!! Nothing against Scott lol but he needs his own channel lol 😂🤣😂 let mama have her time!! I'm a daughter too and get excited and enthusiastic about conversations that my mom is having with others, but untill I watched him interrupt you while your speaking, I never knew what I myself sounded like to others!! It's kinda disrespectful as a son or daughter!! I'm accusing myself as a daughter too not just him!! Lol but seriously though as long as he stays quiet it's just soooooooo much better! He needs his own channel thought for sure. Then he can have the floor lol as it where haha 😂🤣 God love him!! I think we're the same age too 😂🤣😂

Paddock paradise's or pasture paradise's are great for horses if you want to keep them moving and have natural hoof care as much as possible. Some of them are amazing.

You are so smart doing everything your self, I was wondering why did you build such a small home for your 🐴🐎 What about protection from bad weather for horses Its looking like you are going to be almost done You are going to be happy 😊😁🎈 when everything comes together

I guess I'm with Scott on Chicken placement... I'd want them a bit closer to the house. Maybe plant some "shrubbery" for shade? You're doing an awesome job Friend. Don't try to do everything all at once. I'm noticing that as I do projects around the yard... Man oh Man.. I'm NOT 35 any more!!! That's depressing. 😳 Gotta pace myself these days. I need more Tea & Glider time! 🍵🍪. Enjoy the journey... you've already got HERO status in my book! Take Care. 😘

Beautiful property.. How much acreage do you have now vs what you did have???
@scottt84243 жыл бұрын
Hey Becky thank you for the update and that sucks that's they gave you that much of a hassle with the electric Pole and the pine treenow this is just my opinion but if you look at the old one how big it is and why did it is I think the new one is still too close because you have to realize that's how big it's going to get so I think it's going to need more room so I think you're going to have to move that to a little bit farther away if you want it to grow up nicely like I said that's what I would do if I was you I knowyou have to dig it out again but you do what you want to do I'm just telling you my opinion what I would do with the pine
@BeckySunshine3 жыл бұрын
I didn't plant it. That is where nature put it. That tree ( junior) was the one furthest from big daddy, that is why I kept it. ☀️❤️☀️
@JamesThompson-ol3eu3 жыл бұрын
That big old pine tree will die before the young one crowds it. Bigger problem if Tornado comes through and flattens big tree on top of her house. I love trees but they can be a liability.

Becky, did you say chickens like shade oe cool instead if hot? We just got 3 1/4 acre and we were thinking of making a coop for the chickens.
@mayaportland88053 ай бұрын
Hi. I'm just curious why you still like to have feisty chicken breeds? I do have a variety of breeds and I don't like those who seem to be too dumb, neither the aggressive ones. Calm and friendly are my favorites 😍
@kimcritchley82313 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't put the coops where you have so much canapy trees where raccoons can hide and come down and get your chickens
