Hi Becky, thank you so much for this video, I was waiting for it! We love Fletcher's book series too, he has an innocent soul like a child! thank you very much also for your channel, I am a mother of a 2 year old boy who we have decided not to send to nursery school and I have temporarily left my job to follow him. I have watched all your videos with great interest and learned so much! Believe me: your channel is very useful for mothers like me who want to raise their children trying to give healthy values, contact with nature and following the montessori and waldorf pedagogy. My baby is also a little 'very hungry bookworm', we have taken so many books recommended by you! thank you from the bottom of my heart for the time you dedicate to us ❤️ (Please forgive my terrible english, I am italian)

If you're looking for very sweet and longer beginner chapter books to read with kids, my 4 year old absolutely loved the heartwood hotel series. There is one for each season and they are so sweet.

I absolutely love your channel and your content. My son is 3 so I'm always so excited to get new picture book ideas and I love your seasonal videos. Autumn is my favourite time of year so I'm particularly excited for that picture book category and the seasonal activity suggestions. Your channel is so wholesome. I love how you mentioned the seaside and how we can discuss with our children about being kind to the planet. Similarly, I think the circus picture books would be excellent for discussing the cruelty that can occur in animal led circuses and the importance of kindness towards animals. Thanks for the awesome recommendations. ☺️

Absolutely! I think the circus would be a brilliant unit study-there are so many interesting elements and conversations to have as well as fun things like tricks/clowning etc!

I don’t suppose you could let me know the isbn for your version of the Brambly hedge series. I can’t find those larger copies anywhere not with that version of the cover!
