day 1 of listening: back hurt the tiniest bit, i almost couldnt feel it!! day 2: started listening with a booster with over 20k affirmations behind it? :o super powerful!! going to swap between them and discover other subliminals! every time i breathe in through my nose i feel this nice calm wind. i feel like im out side and connected to nature, i will keep listening to these today and everyday and share my experiences!

Day 10: I just woke up, I’m concentrating with the spell. And I’m sure it will start to work soon. I’ll never lose hope

Day 6: I got another cramp. This time on my left leg. I cannot move for 10 minutes. At least it didn’t got me on the schedule of 6:24 a.m.

Uhhh apart from that my ears are pointier on the ends (I didn't think it would change this quickly) also I've been getting a lot of headaches recently and been taking breaks when listening to this sub.
