Let's be real: we'll never be 100% consistent as a shooter or player in general. In basketball and life in general, we have our ups and downs. Our goal is to minimize those downs and be able to bounce back from them as quickly and strongly as possible! This workout trains that mentality, as well as some of the technical components that go into being consistent.
