a love note of some nice moments in the last few months/year on a topic I feel like I keep coming back to: being a lover, becoming a lover, trying to find the thread that links all things, paying more attention to my surroundings, thinking less, seeing more. a bird is just a bird but it's also everything in the moment it flies up to my window and happens to look my camera straight in the eye??? It's really easy for me to get fixated on pain, there's a time and place for it, but also want to share the practices that pull me out of this lifelong depression and keep me more available to people and the world around me. I like this quote from "the Sun" card in tarot: Our sunny spot is wherever we can say with full conviction: "This is where it's at!" and from "the World" card: "Take part in the world and the world will take notice of you."
