Correct, omg, you're such a Kulas talaga: the old Manila Railroad Co. operated trains to Legazpi pre-WWII and gave rise to the popular "Bicol Express" phrase now more synonymous with the dish ü PPS. Absolutely correct! "Daraga" is Bicol for "dalaga." Local name of majestic Mayon from legend is "Daragang Magayon," loosely: beautiful maiden/lass =D
