Syd, if you want an Ursula origin story, you should try reading The Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo! The final story in it is an Ursula origin story (it's a short story collection with 6 stories). I LOVED the Ursula story. This house is absolutely beautiful, you really flexed that creativity muscle today lol

Absolutely loved this! When I saw the lookout tower I thought oh that would be awesome for captain hookk cuz he could like be looking out for peter pan or thr crocodile or looking at the stars like you would to navigate a ship and then a moment later you declared that his room and I was so excited lol. Love his room feels very piratey but also still youthful. Absolutely LOVE Ursula's room. I was already loving it and thrn you put the bubbles in and died 😅 looks so cool eithfhr bubbles and all the different ocean/oceanlike plants in there. Evil Queens looks beautiful and fits her vibe of the blue/black/purple. Love all the mirrors and love the potions laying around and having the gnomes (dwarves) as like statues she collects is such like a fun way to tie parts of the story into this more modern teen version of her. Jaffars loooed gorgeous! Everything in the room made it feel extravagant. Only thing I was sad about was that thr parrot feather didnt make it into the room 😅 ahaha but yeah its looks reallt cool. I know thie vid is a year old and don't know if you ever went back to add in stuff to his tower but I probably would have suggested (like other people) a treasure room kind of thing up there. Or maybe, instead, even a couple spellbooks/ magical artifacts since he was able to use hypnotisim in the movie 😊 An absolutely wonderful build and video! 😄

That Ursula room was so slay

In the earlier drafts of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” Triton and Ursula were siblings; they added it back in to the stage production. She has a song called “I Want the Good Times Back” where she sings about her life in the palace. For Captain Hook (and tying into your Tinkerbell open) we see a younger version in “Tinkerbell and the Pirate Fairy”.

For Jafar's Tower, how about a chemistry set with some extra jars from Oasis? Maybe some potions too. It would match the tower hideaway he had in the 1992 movie. Oh, and an hourglass, like having the Sands of Time.

There's a whole series of books based on the backstories of the Disney villains by Serena Valentino. So far she's done the Evil Queen, Beast, Ursula, Malefiscent, Mother Gothel, Cruella de Vil, Lady Tremaine and, most recently, Captain Hook. They are published by Disney so they're pretty awesome.

It would be so fun if you revisited your game show idea, but used villains instead, copying from this build in astetics. Imagine Them all fighting to win, the drama! Then make challenges that fits the narrative of each one. Like, making a potion, lvl up charisma, singing, duelling but with research and debate maybe? Etc. Then use the wheel to decide who gets to join the game House. It would be soo fun to watch! I loved your original one, i cannot imagine how fun the villain one would be, with all of Their evil traits, jealousy, vain ness etc.👏👏
