4 Cups Sliced Onion

2 Tbs Salt
2-3 Bay Leaf
6-7 Cloves
5-6 Green Cardamom
2 Inches Cinnamon Stick
1/3 Cup Oil
Cook On Medium-high Flame For 10,15 Minutes
Then Add Powder Masala
1 Tsp Tumoric
2 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Red Chili
2 Tbs Cashmiri Red Chili
After Add Powder Masala Turned Down Flame on Midum Law And Cook Until Meet Is Tender And Jucy
