Kaccha badam would be raw almonds. In this recipe though they used peanuts, which strikes me a little odd. I would never use peanuts in a curry

I tried this last night and it was amazing. I used lamb shoulder instead of mutton and it turned out very nice and tender. Simmered for one and a quarter hour. My family enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you chef for a wonderful recipe.
