Beef Meatball Soup
This one is the most favorite recipe for my homemade beef meatball soup. The recipe follows my late mother-in-law with the use of fried onions first, the candlenuts are also roasted until they smell good. It’s really delicious with an incomparable taste.
The use of celery and scallions is also mandatory, it is guaranteed to be really good, no less delicious than the restaurant grade beef meatball soup.

Ingredients
The Main Ingredients
* 100-200 grams beef ribs or beef bones, to taste;
* 200 gr of beef mixed with fat, to taste;
* 1 tbsp Coarse salt, to taste;
* 1 tsp Sugar;
* 1 tsp Beef Broth Powder, to taste;
* 4 scallions, chopped;
* 2 celery stalks, chopped;
* ½ to 1 tsp Pepper powder, to taste;
* 3 liters of Water.
Ingredient for the Ground Spices
* 2 tbsp Fried Garlic;
* 1 tbsp Fried Garlic;
* 2 candle nut, roasted until fragrant.
Additional Notes
// If you like you can also add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, optional. Added together with celery and spring onions.
// Sometimes I also add a pinch of nutmeg powder about ¼ tsp for a more kicking taste.
