@engie75 if she is going to go out there and advise people on what to be eating then she should do more research Tomatoes, quinoa, Bell peppers cause leaky gut syndrome, as we all know once your gut microblame is effected then this causes stomach acid ,Gerd I have suffered from these so have given up eating anything that contributes to this once your gut lining is damaged this can lead to cancers ,there is a bigger picture put there ,your better of doing your own research !

Tomato, potato, pepper, eggplants, all inflame my joints. Legumes have lectins, if not processed properly and can cause intestinal distress. Seeds can cause inflammation. Almonds have the highest amount of pesticides, of all nuts. Sun is good, if you are not allergic to it. Thanks for affirming my choice of dark green leafy veg, lemon juice

The thing that bothers me about these channels is they sound so convincing. I've learned over my life to put up the wall of caution when faced with over convincing speakers. There are so many of these "health" videos and most of them really come across as being knowledgeable. The problem is that many contradict each other, one says bell pepper the best thing you can add, the other says the worst. It's incredibly difficult to navigate this journey, especially when you have so many people wanting to be YT stars and seen as experts. I've learned to take this info with a grain of salt and do my own research on each thing. Where does it sit on the glucose scale, what's it's sodium and potassium level, etc.?

I do a Canivore diet eating red meat, salmon and chicken and sometimes eggs and butter and I also take baking soda. I never been healthier, I'm 71.

Check out Gerson Therapy, fenbendazole, ivermectin, apricot seed (B-17), Essiac Tea, matcha and moringa powder. Wheat grass powder. Fenbendazole and wheat grass worked best for me.

People love white sugar. Candy, soda, ice cream. White sugar lowers your white blood cells along with a host of other foods. Fruit and white sugar just can’t be compared. Not the same thing. Fruit has vitamins, minerals, fiber and may I say healthy sugar.

What about methionine? There have been those who advocate for a low methionine diet for cancer and that cancer or some cancers consume methionine more so than sugar. The foods lowest in methionine are fruits.

I’d also suggest adding oceans alive marine phytoplankton to your diet it’s not only alkalizing but has every nutritional molecule in it as well as many that scientists haven’t even discovered any known biological role for I take it consistently and find not brain fog more energy and relaxed as it has significant amount of magnesium in it

Lemons highly acidic will raise blood acid levels it's not alkaline. However as body metabolizes lemons its slowly coverts to an Alkaline PH.

It is completely false that foods we eat change our bloods PH. The renal system affects pH by reabsorbing bicarbonate and excreting fixed acids. Whether due to pathology or necessary compensation, the kidney excretes or reabsorbs these substances, which affect pH. The nephron is the functional unit of the kidney. No, diet alone cannot significantly change your blood pH. The human body has several mechanisms, such as the kidneys and respiration, to maintain a stable blood pH of around 7.4, regardless of what you eat. Even slight deviations from this pH can lead to serious health problems. For example, when your body becomes too acidic (acidosis) or too alkaline (alkalosis), it can cause symptoms like fatigue, headache, and confusion.

Try Carnivore for a month or more. Its safe for years so a month or twoo wouldnt be a problem to try out seeing if you feel better. Some carbivores call it oxalate detox

Check your digestion. Maybe the lining in your stomach is a little out of order. Do not eat it raw at the time. You can use a bitter herb to help your digestion. And you need to chew every bite 32 times. Why??? When you start chewing , you produce saliva with the content to break the food in your stomach. And start slow with bitter herb. Best is to check your body and urine for alkaline. Stay off sugar,potatoe,industrial flour,gluten, dairy products for 3-4 weeks. Try out what vegetable that suits your body. To heal the lining of the gut, drink 2 cups if chamomile tea for 2 weeks. If you are still as bad go for 2 weeks more. Then the body will need to rest. 1 tsp baking soda in a glass of luke warm water once a day for 2-3 weeks may also help. Try to avoid synthetic drugs. Good luck. Find an alternative practitioner and you will certainly get help. Dont forget to drink water and take celtic salt
