牛𦟌2條(約800克)
鹵水香料 適量
蠔油 2湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
白胡椒粒 1湯匙
鹽 少許
冰糖 1小塊
雞粉 1茶匙
十三香 1茶匙 (可選擇加或不加)
Ingredients:
2 beef shin (about 800g) Some assorted spice
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white peppercorns
a pinch of salt
1 small piece of rock sugar
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp 13 spice powder

1 sdm merica putih sejumput garam
