Beeline - Your welcome 😎 I am really surprised that you don’t sell an optional wrist band so you can wear it as a watch all of the time?? I seriously thought that this was one of the marketing points was that you could wear it as a watch on the digital time mode, but I could use it as a nav device if I am walking in a new city, or using it for an electric scooter or bike or if I rent a car and have my 🐝 Beeline anytime I want it. I think it would be nice so I can also use it on my motorcycle without a permanent mount is worn on the left non throttle hand). Some bikers seriously have no extra room on their handlebars, and you really don’t need it on your bike if you just lift up your wrist and look down. It just seemed that the one feature that really sets your beeline apart s not being utilized. I was thinking you could offer a inexpensive plastic strap with a plastic mount and also a nice leather with stainless steel strap, or even just the mount that you can but your own strap through. These are just ideas, but I would seriously like to be able to just put the gpa on my wrist, and then be able to get off the bike and or into a restart or gas station and not worry about leaving it on my bike, or have it available to use in my car also, or on my other motorcycle without having to have mounts in all my vehicles. Hi there John- good question! While phones are great for convenience, they are at quite a risk when being mounted to the handlebars of bikes and motorbikes! The vibrations can be quite damaging, so we don't see this being the best option for navigation. The Moto is also much sleeker and gives only the essentials, so not only does it look a bit nicer, it also turns the attention back to the ride as opposed to the device. We could go on all day, but if you want a bit more user proof, feel free to check out the feedback we have received on the iOS app store or Google play store :)

@@ridebeeline Quad lock solved this issue by providing anti vibration attachment to the mount. works for 2 years now and having zero issue with my phone camera or the phone itself. Regarding the distraction, the Beeline is more distractive than phones or regular GPS. The lack of turn by turn voice will let the rider always monitor the arrow and it will be more dangerous if the trip in the city with a lot of turns. But if I have turn by turn voice, I don't have even to look to the screen. Most of the time I listen to the voice and look to the street signs. Sorry, this is doesn't convince me.

Hey Steven! Sorry about that, we'll get a link added in! Yes, the device doesn't need data connection to work, you can even have your phone in aeroplane mode and the device will continue to work. You just need a data connection for planning your route.

Yes unfortunately we're currently out of stock of Black and Gunmetal Grey Motos due to delays of parts caused by the coronavirus. You can pre-order these colours so that once we're back in stock you'll be sent one straight away, or you can still buy a Silver device which we have in stock :)

It can't be turned off but it can be locked and put in your pocket and even put in Airplane Mode!

@@ridebeeline thanks. How does the navigation work if the phone is in airplane mode? I'd prefer a system that doesn't rely on the devices remaining connected to be honest. There's always a chance the phone will lose charge quickly, especially if it's a few years old like mine.

@@ShivJG13 Even in airplane mode most smartphones are able to navigate offline gps apps, so I assume that Beeline is using your phones gps module to carry on with the route once you hooked it up and loaded the route plan, and after that you don't need data traffic as the device probably preload the route to your phone's memory..

Hey Sarah! It's a quarter turn bayonet mount unique to Beeline :) Yes, you can use a Beeline Moto on a bicycle! Just remember to change to cycling directions in the app before setting your route.

Hey! Glad to hear you'd like to buy a Moto! The charger has been specially designed to make the Moto IP67 waterproof. For this, we had to make sure that the Moto had no holes that could allow water entry so we had to come up with a different concept that would allow for charging without any holes. Hope that clears things up!

As I said, I’ve had my Moto for 4 years and aside from the battery issue, it’s easily my favourite SatNav for bikes. And this despite my last and current bikes having native navigation systems. Oh dear - I returned my device to your address but there has been no one in to receive it for the last 3 attempts. I haven’t had a reply to the emails I sent each day so I now find myself without a device and in a much worse position. Perhaps someone could contact me as a matter of urgency?
