2 lbs. chicken ( or fish)
1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
4 Tablespoons corn starch (plus some extra)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 2/3 Cups beer ( or club soda if you don’t want beer)
