@@MayumiC-chan9377 43 is liike a baby to me. i'm sixty. i feel younger than ever. sure, the body does its nonsense, but the mind gets more pliant the 'older' you get. the trick is being in charge of the narratives you keep about yourself. keep telling yourself 'i'm old and feeble' and your mind will do its best to establish that narrative as real. tell yourself that you're young and vital, in spite of your age, and the mind fulfils that. i'm living proof. i'm sixty and look like a forty year old, feel better than i did in my twenties, and my diet is shit, and i don't use doctors, ever. i've been to a doctor twice in the last forty years. 'doctor people' tend to die young. my sister forced me to see a doctor , ten years ago. that doctor told me that i was like her ninety and hundred year old patients. they avoided doctors too... age is in the mind.
