Whoever makes this please please do not skip the step with the refrigerator i was in a hurry and didn’t refrigerated it for enough time and when i fried them and served them they were falling apart i also tried to have them as a burger but delicious recipe 100% would try it again and my dad loved it too

Thanks for this feedback. I was also wondering as she did not use any cornflour/maida while make the dough. Also important I suppose is the 2:5 beetroot to potato ratio. I don't like the taste of the flour in the dough, but find it necessary for binding. Should try the refrigeration trick next time. With refrigeration method, do the cutlets hold shape while frying and later on as well?

I made these today and they turned out awesome! I forgot about refrigeration and made it immediately. It turned out fine. Maybe they'd have been a bit more neater if I'd cooled them before making. Thanks for the recipe
