Stop chasing women, and chase excellence within yourself first. Become a top shelf man first and foremost, for yourself. Women should be a complement, not the focus.

One time I was getting my haircut and the lady cutting my hair was telling me how she thought she was better off leaving her husband who she'd been with for 20 years and had 3 kids, youngest being 11. I told her congrats on at least a long marriage, and she goes "People always tell me that, but congrats for what? Hanging on for so long?" Then she started asking me about what I do for a living, if i had my own place etc. You think it's gonna last forever with these women, it's not. While you think everything is peachy, shes at work shopping for your replacement. Invest in YOURSELF.

To you younger guys who haven’t been down the path us older guys have been down already: Listen to Rich. You never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever chase women. You risk losing too much that’s important in your life and it will bite you in the ass in the long run. If you want to be with a woman, fine... but you let her come to you as you work on becoming the better version of yourself.

There's some nuance to it. You can be as excellent as can be, if you don't put yourself out there no woman is going to come at you. I'm a great example: I have a very nice wage as a software engineer, so the monetary aspect is taken care of. I'm 1.9m tall, broad shoulders and work out a lot (strongman training). Don't have the most handsome face but a manly face (strong jaw, pronounced brow ridge, big nose), so I would say the physical aspect is taken care of. Yet I'm having a hard time getting any dates. Why? Because my job is behind the computer, my side projects are also software related. I won't date women from work and I won't date women from the gym (when I go to the gym, I go to work out, not to hit on women). So where am I supposed to get dates from then? I don't meet any women outside of the gym and work, because none of my hobbies have any women in them. Online dating is a waste of time, might be lucky with 10 matches a week, and if 2 of those actually reply. The solution would be to at least do something where I could meet women, such as take up a yoga class or whatever. But that would be "chasing women", but if I don't do something like that I just don't have any dates. So in my opinion, "generally chase excellence, but sometimes chase women" is better advice, it depends on your situation.

@@Mammel248 yeah I second that but you don't have to pick up a "feminine" hobby just to meet girls, you can go out with friends or build some kind of social media presence (not as hard as people think, not as easy either). @@roastme2079 Enthusiasm is key. I like to read books on the subject. There’s one by dale Carnegie that got me started on this road. Sensitivity is also important. Toxic masculinity, as they like to call it, is all about being the type of man that you think society wants you to be. You must be sensitive to changes to adapt to them properly and decisively. Above all, the brain can constantly be rewired. This is not a one-time deal. Complacency and comfort zones are to be avoided at all costs. One has to strive to keep moving forward and not lingering on the “coulda, shoulda, would a”s. Spot on, btw. I like the way you think.

The one time in my life where I hit a "rut" aka went broke from business I met "the one". Just like Rich has said "She waits for the winners and DOES not care about your struggles. " After I went through this and her starting to flake I left her and ultimately realized that they already want a man who is complete and not having any struggles and can provide everything. I love women but have learned to be careful and do not get emotionally attached especially if you are going through some struggles. I learned from my mistakes and got a huge drive to better myself. Good luck gents! life is good. Live and learn. Be better than the dude you were yesterday. Shoutout to Rich. These videos are killer

Newly divorced, (5 months) I like to think I am a 7. With that said, I checked out the dating sites briefly. Good god... What a shit show of options out there for men. The women on those sites are wounded birds. One woman seemed cool, attractive but she had more red flags than the Chinese Army. We never meet, but shortly after a few conversations she was automatically saying I miss you, I love you and said she had baby fever. Ding ding ding....that was my cue to dissolve the situation and back away from that woman who was clearly a level 10 clinger. Listen to Rich guys.

So, I like what I hear you saying. Having been married 38 years to a woman who like myself is interested in making our relationship work and is doing the work. My take on LTRs is that it is important to always do the work on one's internal relationship with one's self. If you are not maintaining a healthy relationship with your self, it is difficult to maintain healthy relationships with other people. My opinion is that in US society we are encouraged to be mental children, gullible and needy. This keeps us weak and dependent, and compliant to those in power. Women want men who they can trust to have the inner and outer strength they need to be there for them.

I 100 percent agree with this video, I used to be very overweight and the typical nice dude. I had to put soo much effort into getting chicks and they never lasted more then a month. As soon as I started to focus on myself, lose weight, workout, not over eat anymore (cutting out sugars), and take care of myself. Woman started to throw themselves at me. Honestly men when you hit that 20% it becomes effortless. Woman will put themselves in your orbit. For the amount of effort I had to put in before, It was way more efficient and worth while to work out myself and reap the benefits. Before this lock down started, I would go to a club and woman would approach me.... A couple months ago I went to a house party and there was this attractive blonde girl there, I checked her out and like 30 minutes later her friend comes up to me and says "are you single? My friend over there is into you", we ended up hooking up that night. I don't mean to sound way to much of a douche, but it's true.

This freedom that I have achieved has allowed me to pursue excellence and do the work which you have so wonderfully described. I look forward to purchasing your book. Chase God Chase Health Chase Excellence Chase Craft Chase Prosperity Chase Knowledge Men if you do these things your lives will be much better for the long haul. Look down the road. Not at her because she isn't looking at you. She is looking at your wallet, your resources and what you can do for her. You're better than that. You're above that. Do good. Be better.

@Jim Hook religion is a scam that preys on people who can't accept reality. I was brought up religious before seeing things objectively. Can't believe I use to think noah's ark and all of the other silly ridiculousness like Jonah and the whale occurred.

@@Poker-is8dt You are correct, religion IS a scam, which is precisely why Jesus attacked it. Jesus hates religion. It was the Religious Structure he attacked that had him crucified, via Roman authorities. Religion prays on the weak, and seeks to control you. Jesus died for your weaknesses so that you can be free. And before you go attacking Jesus, trust me, there is a long list of people more brilliant than you who set out to prove Jesus a lie, only to end up accepting Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. 2000+ years and counting and no one has succeeded yet in proving Jesus false. Know the Truth and the Truth will set you free. I am speaking as a former anti-God, atheist who is exceptionally intelligent, who ended up giving his life to Christ. BEST decision I ever made. Twenty-one years of freedom and counting, through good times and bad, and my Faith in Jesus only gets stronger. I pray you are willing to humble yourself enough to be open to seeing the Truth. Ask God/Jesus to reveal himself to you - in humility and sincerity, not with pride and arrogance, and God will meet you where you are. If you are not willing to be open to it, that's fine, your call. Cheers -

Thank you, Rich needed to hear this, I moved from a small town to San Diego two weeks ago, and I haven't gone out and put myself out there for this exact reason, I have been working out 6 days a week and cleaned up my eating, cut my alcohol consumption and I am looking for a decent paying job (I'm 24). Until I feel confident in my skin and walk around chin up chest out, I will stay inside and do the work, women come after and only then-- remember fellas we are the prize not them, women are like the seasons, they come and go, a dime a dozen! ps: if anyone wants to link up for a gym sesh or have a beer let me know I don't know anyone out here Cheers!
