Sir, I am interested in these bcz from past few year I focuses on nutrition , diet, for these I always check what the carbs, protein , fibres .And from which food we will get that much of vitamins etc, when ever I goes to buy something I always check certification of packets their ingredients , there carbs , protein, kcl lvl like other stuff . I used to study about the benefits of all vegetables and fruits , which type of nutrition we are getting from them so is it enough interest for joining food technology

Sir can you tell some must read books for a student to build a strong base in food science and food technology. Since all classes are online, its hardly possible for some to concentrate and grasp even 50% of it, and since the teaching has to be continued, maybe reading the books you recommend can compensate for the loss faced during some classes.

Hello Sir, i hope u r good, sir mujhe ye jan na hai kya aisa koi food science book hai jahan hum ye pata kar sake ki jo food kharab ho raha hai uska reason kya hai, aur usko roka ja sakta hai kya. Ya usko kahi aur utilised kar sakte hai kya. Me picchele 3 4 mahinon se sirf isi per bane videos dekh raha hoon. Isiliye abhii me food technogy dekh raha hoon. Kuch nahi bahut kuchh idea mil raha hai aur us per me experiments bhi kar raha hoon. Mujhe result toh mil raha hai but toda kam satisfactory hai. Kyuki me limited hoon. Na koi tool hai na koi science knowledge hai, na koi mechanical knowledge aur na koi technical. Mere deemag me sara picture hai. Me bahut curious hoon.food me smell aane ke Baad usko consume karna risky hoga right. Agar usko leb test karana ho toh kaha hoga.kyuki har sawal ka jawab online nahi, kyuki deemag me sawal bahut hai aur uska jawab nahi hai kahi per.. Mere sawalo ke jawab koi scientist se hi mil sakta hai. Mujhe lagata hai sab kuch bachaya ja sakta hai but team work ki jarurat hai. Scientist, mechanical engineer, technical engineer, design makar, automobile engineer. Guide me if u can. Thanks for reading sir.. mera WHY clear hai sir. .
