one thing that got me with my first ever live show was not hearing the announcer team unless your right there behind them or have the earbud radio system on

Regarding the commercials before/after every wrestler makes his entrance, there's a cute short of KO waiting in the ring. It comes back from commercial and he shouts "We've been waiting here for MINUTES! MINUTES!!"

Here is one interesting thing: Some arenas (especially those who host professional sports teams) offer backstage passes to any event at the arena (although, often, its the highest premium you can pay into), and can get into a few hours before the doors open. You can't get close to gorilla or to the locker rooms (usually a barricade with a security sign-in table and a SIGN the says "WWE Personal Only beyond this point"), but wrestlers tend to walk around the arena throughout the day; often on their phones or (honestly) they got time to kill, etc. It was back in like 2013, but some friends got a picture with Jack Swagger, got to see Vince McMahon (from a bit of a distance).

I recommend house shows, you won't see belts change hands. You will have more personal character moments. I.e. seeing what the writers and shows allow. As well as future potential storylines and future stars. Bray Wyatt was advertised as coming to t.v. but I got to see him before his television debut taking on the Shield. R.i.p Bray and Luke! 😢😊

I only attended one wrestling TV event and it was WCW Monday Nitro. Except for a skit where I had to watch it on a small screen, i had a great blast. They had the Nitro girls dancing during commercial breaks. As for Smackdown and Raw. I knew better that those events are best watching it at home. Too much backstage stuff to deal with. That is why I always perfer watching house shows instead because to me, WWE House Shows are much better than Raw or Smackdown. I get more wrestling action.

I was at the first aew dynamite. It was laid back, and it was a great show. It was a rowdy crowd. I did have to behave because I was sitting next to some little kid. But it was still awesome.
