I came across this talk that I did on my Instagram on Mental Health day on 11th of October, 2022 . It is about keeping your sanity in an insane world. Oh my God, as I listened to it, I realized, this is what we need these days. How was I to know that the whole world would be getting crazy in October 2023! Here in mid Jan, 2024 world is busy getting crazier. How can we keep our sanity through all this?

Today I have been working on forgiveness. I sometimes find it hard, because thoughts and memories drag you back. Your talk came up. Before this I had gone to the gurudwara to pray for help. Though your talk had references to the Quran, I can apply the same technique to my scripture just as well. I hope I will be able to get to this level of forgiveness. Thanks.
