If you have always wanted to learn acroyoga but don't know where to start, this is the perfect class for you. In this tutorial we show you how to do some of the foundational poses and easy transitions. We break down each pose like you are in a class. Be careful though, you may just get hooked after this one.

…I’m actually going on a 1st date with someone, and I’ve never done acro. 😅 While I have my own yoga practice, I am a bit nervous (also, excited of course) - but, this helps me at least calm down a little. Thank you! 🙏🏽
