Both of my kids and myself are new to wrestling this year. We didn’t have a good season so this off season we are going to work on movement a lot. Thank you for these, please post some more of you can. It really helps us parents out who are new to this as well and don’t really have areas to go off season that are close by. Thank you.

i am going to try this because i am new to Wrestling and my School does not even have a Wrestling Team so i want to try this for myself and see if i can find a Wrestling School but thank you for the tips really appreciated

Thank you for this video Coach Crieghton! I'm a new wrestler and I've notice that I needed to be more aware of my feet and my stance. Though, I was wondering how often I should do these drills? (Day by Day wise)

Kykal Myers it just depends on how good you want to be... Stance and motion, moving your feet and changing levels should be done everything you put your wrestling shoes on.
