Question: we want to buildout multiple warehouses and we would be running Quickbooks online. Our understanding is that Quickbooks online will not reconcile 2 warehouses. Our business is primarily future "prebook" orders and about 10% D2C. Do we need QB to reconcile?

Hi, thanks for creating these videos, they are super helpful. I have a question about uploading item images in Zoho. I am just doing the 30 day trial at the moment to see if it will do everything we need, I have connected our shopify store to sync the products, however the images don't feed into Zoho. I also noticed on the csv upload template there are no options to upload image URL's. Just wondering if there is a way to bulk upload item images?

Hi Urban Road, Unfortunately, there is no option for mass import of item images in Zoho Books/Inventory. You could upload all your images to Zoho Workdrive and set up a scheduled function to update the images one by one via API. Though the update image API is not published. Hi, I have a question about sending samples. I. use Zoho for my fabric company and often I send to my leads and customers some hangers or a couple of mt. of fabrics for free. How / in which module I can save all free samples? And I would like to see at the end of the year how many samples/meters I have sent.

Is this talking about the basic inventory in Books or is about the additional Inventory Tracking sysem?

This overview covers the full Zoho Inventory app. It looks very similar to Zoho Books, especially once you activate the integration between the two apps.

Hello, I wanted to know how I can automate an email with document attached to it after someone has booked my product. Can you help me with that?

Hi Joey! We'd likely set this up as an automation inside of CRM. There, you can create mail merge templates to create documents easily from record data. Using workflows and deluge functions, you could automatically create and send this document to a customer via email once a customer has booked a particular product.
