In the video I am using a 36’ inch outer diameter. You can use your beginner on body hoop or a smaller hoop.
💡TIPS 💡 practice is key!!! Don’t get discouraged when trying isolations! They will be wobbly at first and over time you will gain the wrist and arm strength to keep the hoop in frame. Same with weaves they will become smoother over time.
⚠️WARNING⚠️ Your hands might become bruised or sore from these moves. This is common since it is a constant hitting that your skin has not experienced before. You may also hit a vein in your hand which can be VERY painful, this will decrease with time so don’t be freaked out if this happens. Just take a deep breathe or a break and come back to the move later. 🤗
