don’t be discouraged! it’s hard work, but you’ll be glad you did it! i barely got through it with the first time, but now i only start to feel it during the spiderman plank. stretching for like 15 mins first doing this will make you feel so good after. good luck 💚

Day 1 : It was easy Day 2 : At the end of workout it vets difficult Day 3 : i struggle at mountain climbers and exercise before this. Day 4 : rest Day 5 : it's nice. Same as day 3 though. I struggle with those two exercises. Oof Day 6 : Day 7 :

Guys I just wanna say that if you don’t see result in a week by doing the same Workout 🏋🏿♀️ the whole week, you won’t see any results😢 Because if only you do one ☝️ 🏋🏿♀️ workout for the week than your abs, legs 🦵🏻 or calv will get use to it 😅 So if you are going for a week with only one ☝️ workout 🏋🏾♂️ for that area you are going with than don’t only do the same workout 🏋🏾♂️ for the pass week Try changing it every day I mean the workout ofc😅 Try change it and than you will see results 🔜 😊 I just wanted to remind everyone ❤ Stay fit🏋🏾♂️☝️
