Hi Jim sounds like your out in the sticks on Thailand you must get a few power cuts putting your soldering iron out of work. I don't have a soldering iron but thought you might try a candle a spoon worked well for me see picture attached - Adam from Danbury UK

Hia Jim, I have my first model ready to start... (about 40 years later than my first wooden model which I never finished. I was a teenager and joined up!). About time too me thinks. Very happy with the tips and tricks and yes I need to get a few additional tools and the like. I have a question on the PVC glue. You applied the white glue with the bulwarks already clamped in place. SO...Does the white PVC glue wick behind the structure here and would Cyno be better? I notice in the next episdoe you use Cyno for the Gunwales. Great Vids am lapping them up buddy. Thank you!

Hi Jim. Is it necessary to paint the skeleton? The boat will be varnished or painted later on.
@cjstein20002 жыл бұрын
Looking back, yes, probably didn't need painting. The only part are the ribs showing above the deck are visible.

Nice video but could do without the music. it's too loud and too repetitious.
