I did 5 sets my first time and it kicked my ass. Resr the next day and i did it again today. It was great. My goal is to do this routine 3x a week

Me either, I got 3 sets. I'm 110kg of fat.... but I was doing 10 each side on the deadlift thingy. Was blowing out my arse after 3 rounds.

Set small goals. Keep doing what you can until it gets easier and then add on another set until you get all 5.

I loved this workout! Super simple but effective. I used to workout with bells quite some time ago and getting back at it. I did use my 35 lb for the double swing then moved to my 20 lb for the rest. It wasn’t too bad swapping after the swing.

Great video, bought my self a 12kg bel 2 years and still training with it and enjoying it. Now 60 and 2 stone lighter and 6'' of my waist. Visits to the gym are twice a week now so I can cardio

This is my go to workout. I’ve been this for a month and it’s great. Thanks for making this. What would be a great idea would be to make 5 of these so we can do each one once a week. Just change the movements. Keep the same format. You would kill it.

Did this workout this morning and it was excellent. I'm a kettlebell noob (haven't done strength training for a long time either actually), but I've just bought a 16kg bell and really enjoyed this workout. I'm planning on using this as an everyday base, incorporating some clean and press exercises a couple of times a week as well.

Great video! I just got an adjustable kettlebell for my quarantine workout. This was my first time using one and it's quite a workout! You should put all the kettlebell videos in a playlist. I'm going to watch them all.

This series of kettlebell instruction has been really useful, I've followed one or two of us videos at least once a week and have progressed from a 12kg to a 20kg this summer with confidence. Am considering a 24kg investment now. Where is your advanced video you promised please Joe? Thanks a lot!

Thank you very much for this awesome workout. I just started developing exercise habit after 10 years of inaction and I find this workout to be simple, easy to follow and doable. I only use 4 KG kettlebell today and it was easy to follow. It was a really helpful video and I find it beneficial

BAD IDEA . what they dont tell you is you have to excersice with it to get results. wouldnt reccomend to my worst enemy

Thank you very much! Returning to fitness after a 20 year layoff...everything seems too advanced for me at this point. This was the perfect starting point for me! Good friend of mine BREATHES kettlebells...I hope I develop a love for them.

I completed 10 sets consecutive. Felt amazing with a 20kg kettlebell. I'm on a strong diet of brown rice, veg & lean meats. Also taking diet whey with a little creatine. These kettlebell workouts are amazing. I would highly recommend to invest in a kettlebell and leave the gym and train at home..

Recommend to whom? That's quite a general statement to make. For a very basic level of fitness a kettle bell and diet could probably do you well but most people will either need to join a gym or have access to other equipment to progress further.

Thank you, as truck driver (Lorry driver) in America, we don’t get a lot of time or gym nearby so we could workout and this will do what I’m in need of.

Love this set! Kettle belles go up in 2’s now and are about £20, don’t be put off by the £60 price tag he’s mentioned. Cheap as chips these days. You can get them in Lidl and Aldi when they’re on specials 👍🏽

Monologue: 1st rep with 10kg kettlebell - "this is easy as balls. No problems" 2nd rep - "still easy, but glad I'm doing this. Am I gonna break into sweat at all?" 3rd rep - "oh I'm starting to feel this now. What a good workout! Sweat begun" 4th rep- "Thank fuck there is only 1 more!! I can only handle 1 more" 5th rep - "oh shit, I feel like I'm gonna puke. Keep going" When I managed to complete it, I was impressed and proud of myself. I'm 19st 7lbs with asthma. I'm not all fat. Actually the opposite. I have a weird combo of strong muscles covered by fat. I've done martial arts for years (been a while since I did) and the muscle never really went anywhere. Fat just grew on top of it. Amazing exercise guys! I will take your advice and do this for 2 weeks. Oh also, I just finished a 50 rep death set of kettlebells before this. So I am doubly proud. This will be a daily routine! When I get stronger. I'll go to your next level. When I get very good, I'll add all levels together. Thanks for making this video guys!!
