Brother, its not spoken by Jesus. They claim its Jesus. If you look at the 4 gospels in the beginning it says written according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Which means that of course Jesus (pbuh) is not the writer. Nor is any Prophet of Allah the writer of any revelation. It is Allah who sends down and Prophets pass on the messege. Becareful listening to Christians and their claims when they know that its unknown who wrote the 4 gospels. They pulled chapters out cherry picking what they like and not to mention the contradictions in it which is proof that their book is not from Allah. This is all known to them but they still deny.
