This is really nice work! I have a few questions though. How do you do the parts where you said you had melted plastic to reinforce areas of the wheel? And how is the glass fiber shell attached to the wheel? Personally I would have wanted a bigger area of the wheel to be covered by the glass fiber shell, to make it easier to install power pads on the side of it. What is the substance that you use to cover the electronics with?

I would also love to know which procedure you used to reinforce. As many know this is the common issue with EUC where the inner shell breaks. Fixable but a major issue that can be prevented with extra reinforcement.

Great video. Is it safe to move the DC board off the heat plate? Doesn't it produce a fair amount of heat itself?

Привет товарищ))) First of all, thanks for such a detailed video. I'm looking into sealing my MSX 84V as there's quite a lot of snow where I live. I see in your previous video "Begode RS V2: Bearing sealers, waterproofing and improvements" that you're quite much more aggressive with the black silicone as compared to this other video. Hi, comrade =) It's absolutely the same story with all wheels: I put black silicone to all joints fo the inner shell to prevent water ingress inside + extra layer of silicone in the wheel well after inner shell assembly. I do not show everything in the video because it will make it as long as a soap opera. Normally work with one wheel takes me a wheek or more. As for MSX do absolutely the same with silicone and don't forget to drill drainage, since the trolley handle is the weak point and is an "open door" for water ingress.

How you melt the plastic for reinforce?

With the help of my soldering station. I put with plastic on it, wait for meltdown and then apply to surfaces.

i think its not necessary. silicone can glue the board into place
