I already did a short test ride and was impressed by low voltage sag & now I feel more confident riding this EUC at high speeds.

​@@FEETLE I custom made the additional pack myself. Honestly, not worth it. I could just buy a used Sherman v1 for $1500 Canadian dollars locally. And then sell the RS instead

You should contact Freestyler for a modified firmware, which has much less current limitation then stock one.

Right now it's autumn and pretty cold outside for fast rides. Maybe a little bit later DelightDevice will be able to test it as it should be tested at max speed.

Nobody knows about limits of green controller boards for sure. But what is obvious - that old green controllers were pretty strong and were able to push limits fo your EUC if you really wanted to. After introduction of current limits by Begode in black version many EUC enthusiasts were very upset, that EUC now can get cutouts at low speeds during start or even breaking. After Freestyler mods of black version firmwares it is also possible to remove current limitations now.

@@ITm0nkey it's funny it became a legend that the green board didn't have limits 😀 Phase current are limited in the firmware config, and if you heard about EUC Service, he was essentially tuning the PID values and phase current limit, that's about it. The current limits are easy to measure over Bluetooth, via what's called the "pull force test" as invented by the forum user "RagingGrandpa". A Nikola 100V has its limits at 200A, RS HT 235A, MSP HT 250A. No magic.

@@supercurioTube Maybe you're right. My point was that nobody did reverse engeneering of green controller firmware and told us what exact value is there. All I'm talking about - is just my (and not only my) experience riding green controllers. And when the black versions were released - many Begode fans were really upset by factory limitations - that's how it become legend. Anyway, we used to buy Begode wheels because they always were performace wheels, although they always suffered assembly quality. And whe Begode f**ked up their fans by limiting currents - it was a disaster. Some guys even sold their Extreme BULL Commanders due to fact that this EUC could cut out during hard braking, which is absolutely dangerous when riding same lane with cars 🤕

@@supercurioTube Also my guess about no limitations was based on the fact, that when something like a stone blocks the motor in the wheel well - green controller board typically burns. If it had any current limitation - than it should save the controller board from total destruction.

@@ITm0nkey I understand the reasoning. Begode wheels don't seem to have current limiting when the motor is stalled still now, unlike the more recent King Song and Inmotion models. I measured the pull force myself on V12 HS and S22 and they reach seemed to reduce torque and current when the wheel doesn't turn. However the 16X didn't and I burned a Sherman Original board during tests 😬, as these keep pushing the max phase current (limited to 240A on Sheman) Sometimes the phase current limit is set high to improve the riding experience but the board burns of it's sustained for a couple seconds. Then if the controller didn't have any limit, it would be impossible to overpower the wheel - without it blowing up 😉

How do you set the voltage params in Ant bms app, so its not cutting out when braking?

Aall the videos on KZfaq is about ebike settings and not euc.

@@arturslapins5595 It's no cutting out during braking because the power line bypasses BMS and foes directly from controller to the battery. I explained it in the video.
