If you're looking for a job with "strong leadership" requirement but you aren't a strong leader doesn't it mean that if you get this job you will be stressed every day by doing things that really don't fit you?

But nowadays every job has requirements like strong teamwork skills, leadership skills. Like these people require leadership skills for an internship. Like wtf

most of those jobs dont really require strong leadership and if they do you can just learn leadership on the job.

All jobs are stressful. I doubt they care if you are stressed out when they're throwing tons of work at you and make you meet deadlines. They ask you how you respond in stressful situations or give an example and you tell them what is expected like to not panic and deal with the situation and you give a past example of how you did it then what if they think you're just saying it to get the job and they can say they don't believe you even though you answer it right and as honestly as you could? It's opinionated because they won't care if throw you under a bus. Past performance does not guarantee future results either. Then it boils down to their opinionated belief if that you are a fit for the job or not.

Regarding 'that difficult colleague I had worked with / have been working', is there anyone who admits, 'I am that difficult colleague'? 😅 these difficult colleagues are everywhere and namely i am the only one who is never difficult 😅 and it is always a pleasure to work with me!!! I can not understand the purpose of the question. Anyways HRs communicate and make calls and talk about colleagues or?

Behavior interview is mostly opinionated questions. Most of it has no right or wrong answer. They try to ask you gotcha questions. They also BS some of their questions too. It's not like a technical interview where there is a right or wrong answer. They are just looking for what you're like, if you can articulate and speak well, or even BS. If you do okay on it and they still don't like you then they will pass you up. It's to see if you're likeable. It's the sort of interview where if you have charisma then it helps. It's also dependent on the interviewer and their personality like if they're honest or the slick type then certain types of answer will do well with them.
