If you have a SWE interview coming up make sure you're prepared for the non-technical questions. These are equally important these days since companies like Facebook and Google want well-rounded candidates who can work well in a team.
Tony, a fellow KZfaqr, bravely volunteered to do a live mock interview with me where we practiced behavioral interview questions and I gave him feedback on his answers. It was a live webinar so we also took questions from the audience on Zoom. Now you can practice these questions on your own and use my feedback to help shape your answers.

I got a job offer as a SWE as General Motors last year and my interview process was 90% behavioral! Being able to do well on behavioral interviews are just as important as technical interviews as a SWE. Nice video!

The main takeaway for anyone reading from this video: The guy being mock interviewed here's big big problem if that he is talking way too much and giving unnecessary detail for every single answer. Answer the question being asked and provide context and details as necessary, but do not be as long-winded as this guy. The first question of "Tell me about what you've been working on" should be a pitch response, not talking in depth about your recent projects in so much detail.

Sorry, in some parts the audio in the left speaker/earbud goes out, but it's always working for the right side.
