I have felt this way and have never been able to articulate it ... I refrain from thinking I "understand" or I "know" this or that because I have a definition for it. The true essence/experience can be entirely missed.

The skin of an apple is red green and yellow an apple could be green and red together an apple could be red an yellow together but inside of an apple is white the skin of an apple is not white
